Dogs and Cats are allowed up to 75lbs. (NO MONTHLY PET FEE). $500.00 pet deposit (per pet) / fee required and ($200.00 per pet) is refundable) dependent on condition after move out. We are a member of the good landlord program, we work on a first serve, first come basis. In addition, we review the following information to help us come to a decision.

- We limit the number of occupants to no more then 2 + 1 per bedroom (State law)
- NO Smoking or Vaping on or in Property (Very expensive to mitigate).
- No assignment or subletting of lease
- Must carry a renters insurance policy with 500k personal liability and list CJL Property Management LLC : Stone Gate Series as an additional insured
