We offer Obligo, which lets you skip paying a security deposit in exchange for a small non-refundable monthly fee. There is also a one-time Lease Initiation Administration Fee of $150. All applicants over the age of 18 must fill out a separate application and there is a limit of 3 unrelated individuals and 2-3 vehicles depending on the unit.
