Stackable washer & dryer, stove/oven, fridge and microwave included.
Outside of our residences and within the Moonriver community, we'd love for you to enjoy our modern pavilion, BBQ stations, or a game of corn hole with friends. On the South side of Moonriver is a basketball court and a dog run to let your dogs play, run free and get to know new friends.
Across the street you can connect to the Provo River Parkway Trail, one of the finest trails in the nation for recreation, access and beauty. The trail takes you from the Utah Lake Park to the South and West and winds throughout Provo along the Provo River through communities, parks, and eventually up through Provo Canyon to Bridal Veil Falls and beyond.
Within a block is the Utah Valley Hospital, grocery stores, banks, and plenty of food and entertainment establishments. Also within walking distance is the bus system and frontrunner rail system to get to BYU, UVU, University of Utah, Downtown Salt Lake City and many other great destinations throughout the Wasatch Front.
PARKING:
Parking lot located within the complex. Each resident will need to have their vehicle registered with the parking authority. All visitors have access to street parking in front of the complex.
PET POLICY:
Pet Friendly with breed/weight restrictions, non-refundable pet fee and monthly pet rent. If applicable, please inquire for details. All dogs must be registered with the PooPrints DNA program at time of move-in, at cost to pet owners. $65 DNA Testing Fee Per Dog.
NO SMOKING OR VAPING PERMITTED IN OR AROUND THE PROPERTY.

Required amenities package of $75/month for water/sewer/trash and 1 GIG speed internet package!
