Rental Terms:

- Application Fee (Non-refundable): $50 per person 18 and older (Please review Cambria's Qualifying Criteria prior to applying)
- Security Deposit: $1,290 (dependent on credit/background check) - ($258 Non-refundable Lease Initiation Fee)

- Animal Fee (Non-Refundable): $350 per animal with maximum of two (2)*
- Animal Rent: $35 per animal with maximum of two (2)*

Tenant Charges:

- Utility Fee: $85 for water, sewer, garbage and other city utilities
- Other utilities (gas & power must be setup & maintained in tenant's name)
- Property Damage Liability Waiver (PDLW) - $15 per month**

*Animals: All animals require specific written permission of Management including assistance animals. Non-assistance animals are allowed in most of our residences with an Animal Agreement including a $350 non-refundable Animal Fee, per animal. Animal Rent is $35 per month, per animal. All medically required animals are accepted with completion of the Assistance Animal Release Form, or verification with a healthcare professional or other qualified person.

**Please note, the PDLW is not Renters Insurance. It is a $100,000.00 Property Damage Liability Waiver that covers 5 perils for accidental, resident-generated losses of fire, smoke, explosion, water discharge and resident-induced sewer backup.
