Spectacular 2 story FURNISHED mountain house in the Ogden Valley. Located in the Trappers Ridge subdivision, this 3400 s.f. house boasts 5.5 bathrooms and 5 bedrooms (2 king master suites, 1 queen master suite, and 2 bunk rooms each with 2 x 2 bunk beds.) In addition, there is a stand-alone office, a primary kitchen/great room, and a recreation room with a pool table and ping pong. Rounding out the features, there is a small gym room and a hot tub on the patio. Each suite has its own streaming TV, along with larger TVs in the great room and the rec room (a whopping 65 inches of high-definition fun). High speed internet serves the house.
All bathrooms are just completing complete renovations as of August 2023 (pictures do not show the completed renovations.) The kitchen and great room were renovated in December of 2022, with revisions to the layout and all new appliances. There is also new furniture throughout, including all new bedding. There is an EXTRA refrigerator/freezer for big groups. The two-car garage has ample space for your cars and toys.
In short, this house is set up for me with no compromises, and I am making it available due to my summer and fall schedule.
Notes:
1. ABSOLUTELY no smoking or vaping. A deep clean does not solve the issue. Smoking will incur a penalty equal to the furnishing that need to be replaced, house painted, etc.
2. Small pets will be considered on a case by case basis. A large deposit will be required to offset the risk to the new furniture. In general, no pets is greatly preferred.
3. DO NOT PAY FOR THE TENANT SCREENING UNTIL YOU CALL/EMAIL/TEXT ME AND WE HAVE A CONVERSATION. THE HOUSE IS AVAILABLE FOR A VERY LIMITED PERIOD, AND I NEED TO EXPLAIN THE LATEST YOU CAN OCCUPY. The house can be leased as early as September 22, 2023. The lease may NOT go any further than November 30, 2023. The lease will have very specific and high costs for occupancy beyond that term.
4. Tenant will pay its own utilities after billing back by Landlord.
5. Tenant will have full use of the driveway and garage. Certain areas will be locked off for owner's property. No vehicles may be parked on the lawn. The house is within an HOA neighborhood, and there are strict rules regulating excessive noise.
6. Landlord will make and repairs to the house that become necessary, but it will be Tenant's responsibility to alert Landlord to the need for such repairs.
