Monthly rent is $1,650.00 and a security deposit of $2,475.00 due at lease signing. No pets will be considered. Tenant will be responsible for Water/Sewer and Electricity, Yard Maintenance. After you have seen the property and wish to obtain a lease, the application fee is $50.00 per adult applicant.
