Virginia Lee Properties has a 1-bedroom apartment for rent available in March (exact lease start date is flexible). Located in the historic Fan District just one block from VCU campus, this first-floor unit has hardwood floors throughout and South- and West-facing windows. It measures 700 sq. ft. and includes heat, hot and cold water, and waste removal in the price of rent.

*Please note these pictures were taken before work had been done in the apartment in between previous leases and are just meant to give an idea of the space. We will paint and clean as needed and plan to update the kitchen floor during turnover, or after move-in if an early-March move-in date is required.

Appliances provided are fridge/freezer, stove/oven. There are bedroom closets, a hall closet, and a kitchen pantry.

Tenants provide window units for a/c. Pets are allowed for a one-time fee of $350 plus $30 monthly pet rent.
