This apartment is ideal for someone moving to the area, just starting out on their own, or traveling professional.

The lease options are:

Month to month lease with a 4 month minimum stay: $700.00 per month for an individual or couple with a $150 application and leasing fee as well as the deposit of $500 and last month's rent paid up front with a 1 month written notice to terminate the lease.  

Month to month lease with a 1 month minimum stay: $775.00 per month for an individual or couple with a $150 application and leasing fee as well as the deposit of $500 with a 1 week written notice to terminate the lease.

The house is completely furnished. Pets considered on a case-by-case basis.
All leases and payments are made through Innago which is a secure and verified electronic system where you will view your lease, submit maintenance requests, pay rent and easily communicate with us! Innago charges a $2 fee per transaction with a connected bank account or 2.99% fee when connected to a CC or debit.
