DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! The manager Heather is unprofessional, rude disrespectful and dishonest person, She’ll make errors and when you call her on it she either makes up a story or has no answers, I knew it was a horrible idea to move here when my first introduction to her was her pissed faced drunk at a bar and my brother begging me to give her a ride home. I’ve had maintenance men barge into my apartment without my permission to fix a window when I explained my minor son was home alon and I’m leaving for work I was being yelled at by two grown men just for them to be in the wrong apartment and not so much as an apology after. There was also an issue with one of my payments which was deemed a kick back but was later refunded back to the company in full they wanted me to now repay the amount plus fees I’ve already paid even though my bank send several notices about the repayment they even went as far as deleting my payments from the portal and giving me a falsified ledger with all types of late fees and other chargers. The neighborhood is horrible, the apartments look nice but everything is very poorly installed or built the only good thing is most of my neighbors are polite and nice people
