Situated in one of Virginia Beach\'s most charming neighborhoods, this delightful, newly renovated 2,090 square foot North End Cottage is the perfect beach getaway. The home is located just one block to the ocean and a quick bike ride to all the entertainment the Oceanfront has to offer.
To say this rental is in one of the most sought-after locations at the beach is an understatement. The North End area of the beach functions at about the same pace throughout the year and remains highly residential with year round homeowners among vacation rentals here and there, whereas the South End of the beach surges with activity in the summer. The wide feeder road, as the locals call it, welcomes bike cruisers, stroller runs, and golf cart cruises. However, if you want to step away from the easy beach environment the North End is so popular for, the downtown resort action is just a short trip to the oceanfront near many fine dining and fun restaurants our great resort city offers.

This is a pet free rental. Please note, the owners do have a pup so dogs might come and go as they use their home but overall, we like to keep this house pet-free.

Basic cable and Free WIFI are provided for those required to work remotely. The home is furnished in a way that welcomes a work-life balance where you can focus on tasks in a quiet, well-appointed work environment. Play here, work here, stay here!

As our guests, you will have full access to the home which includes 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and plenty of living space to gather. The entry to the home has a daybed for casual lounging as well as a game table, lending a functional foyer space that can be used for privacy as needed. The foyer leads to a cozy living room with a functioning gas fireplace for cool winter evenings. Enjoy the bluetooth sterior sound system or cozy up on the couch and enjoy a movie on the large TV over the fireplace.

Just off of the living space and before you reach the fully equipped kitchen, you will enter a spacious dining room with seating for 8. The kitchen is newly renovated and has been stocked by a professional chef. Ample pots and pans for any and all of your cooking needs. There is a standard coffee maker onsite. Coffee lovers will appreciate the bean grinder, frother and drip maker.

The sunroom, to the left of the kitchen, provides casual seating, a television for entertainment as well as a small bar and wine fridge among glorious natural light. The private backyard is fenced-in, making it the perfect spot to use the complimentary gas grill with ease while enjoying some comfortable outdoor seating. There is an outdoor shower to clean off after a full day at the beach. A large driveway to the left of the home provides ample private parking for all guests.

Two bedrooms are located on the first floor, one with a queen bed and the other with two double beds. There is a full sized hallway bathroom downstairs, along with a spacious laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. The large 2nd floor primary suite features a king bed, a functioning workspace with a desk and a quaint sitting area for reading or relaxing. The ensuite bathroom has been newly updated to include a spacious bathtub, double vanities and a luxurious steam shower.

We provide a starter pack of toilet paper, trash bags and paper towels. Guests are responsible for replenishing their supplies as needed. Each bathroom has a hair dryer. There is an iron and ironing board for your needs, as well.

Some Important Points:

Beach equipment and bikes are not included but we do offer concierge rentals. These rentals will be delivered to the house and picked up upon departure. We also offer baby equipment rentals if you don\'t want to haul the crib/pack n play, stroller, etc.

NO early check-in or late check-out during peak summer season (May through September)
