Terms:
The rent is $2345.00 per month with a signed 12-month lease, which converts to month-to-month after one year.
The security deposit is $1000.00 and is fully refundable.
Renters insurance is required. If you don't have renters' insurance, we offer it through a service in your tenant portal where it can be paid automatically with your rent.
