- The room will include Heavy Duty Clothing Rack (no fee) and/or a Futon, table, and carpet (for a one-time fee if wanted, if not it will be removed)
- Kitchen is furnished lightly
- Washer/dryer, oven, and refrigerator are available
- Off-street parking

Roommates:
- This is a very quiet house with young working professionals and students. Looking for other motivated young working professionals or motivated students to maintain a clean, quiet, and respectable space. This is the opposite of a party house.

Rent:
- $600/month
- 6-Month lease
- $600 security deposit
- $150 non-refundable cleaning fee

Utilities:
