Introduction: One single room for rent, you shared bathroom with an another tenant , all fully furnished, ready to move in. The whole house is a Mobile home. You will live with the landlord and another renter. (If you move in, there will be 4 people in total)

Some requirements: No pets.( people live here have allergy). Single Occupied for this room. (*One person for One room, ☺ house is not huge)

How much for rent: $750 including monthly rent payment +utilities+garbage+parking+WI-FI +sewage

How much do you pay on the first day you move in: $1900( This amount will covers your first month rent$750+last month rent$750+refundable security deposit $400), after that, the following monthly payment is $750, and you do not need to pay me last month rent since already paid on the first day you move in. No partial payments.

How to pay: Cash, Zelle, ……

Lease Term: start with 3 months to get to know each other, if not get along well, we can both end here. If we do, we can keep renewing the contract.
