- 2 bed, 1 bath, 850 sq ft for $1,800 per month, bottom floor unit, no in-unit W/D, available now
- 1 bed, 1 bath, 650 sq ft for $1,520 per month, bottom floor unit, available now ($800 off discount does not apply)

Pets:
- Up to two cats are allowed, no dogs
- Pet rent is $25 per month per cat
- All cats must be approved by our office in writing before they are brought onto the premises
- Residents must sign a Pet Addendum and pay all applicable fees and deposits before bringing a cat home
- There is a $400 refundable deposit per pet and a $200 non-refundable fee per pet
- Service animals, as defined by law, are allowed
- Guests of residents are not permitted to bring pets onto the premises

Utilities:
- Water, sewer, and garbage are charged per occupant: $50 for the first occupant and $20 for each additional occupant (including children)
- Tenants pay for electricity and internet directly
- The maximum occupancy is three for one-bedroom units and five for two-bedroom units

Qualifications:
- Monthly income must be 3x monthly rent plus utilities
- Minimum FICO credit score of 600
- No smoking on the property

Application Requirements:
- Two forms of ID
- Eight weeks of paystubs
- $35 application fee per adult
- $150 administrative fee (refundable only if denied)

Security Deposit and Renter's Insurance:
- Security deposit ranges from $600 to one month's rent, depending on application screening results
- Renter's insurance is required upon move-in

Additional Information:
- Electricity is metered through Puget Sound Energy
- Internet/cable hookup is available- tenant's responsibility to set up
- Unit transfers are not allowed
- Breaking the lease incurs a fee of one month's rent
