Shunna the manager has been professional, accommodating and friendly. She was the reason we even considered and eventually signed to Americana. While other apartment complexes were slow to respond, Shunna always answered within 24 hrs and helped us find the right apartment for us. Having lived here a month, Shunna made sure things are fixed in a timely manner.
