I (the owner of the property) have been living since 2017 and maintained clean with no pets. I am looking for a responsible, friendly, and flexible tenant(s) and willing to lease long-term (+1 year).
Modern interiors includes a huge island kitchen, hardwood floors, a huge master bath, and walk-in closets. Also, the property includes one designated parking behind the house and plenty of street parking availability in the residential area.
Amenities included: balcony, central heat, dishwasher, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliance, updated kitchen, updated bathroom, plenty of storage rooms, washer dryer, one designated parking spot with 110v outlet for EV charging (5 miles/hr - works for me!), plenty of street parking for extra cars, huge master bathroom, walk-in closets in master bed and, bespoke Samsung refrigerator, laundry room with washer and dryer, easy access to i90 highway, and rooftop with unobstructed view. Minutes to the bus stop and a short walk to the Light Rail Station. Centrally located with easy access to major highways.
No utilities are included. The rent will be responsible for the Internet, water, garbage, sewer, electricity, and gas. For reference, the owner has been paying the following
- Internet: $60/mos. w/ Xfinity
- Water/Garbage/Sewer: $75-$90/mos.
- Electricity: $30-$75/mos.
