Rental History: Current and/or 5 prior years of rental references.
Eviction Records within the past 7 years will not be considered for occupancy. Applicants who received 3 or more lease violation notices from their previous landlord will not be considered for occupancy.
Tenant Screening Required. Will NOT accept a reusable tenant screening report.
