A single occupant occupying a 1 bed 1 bath home cannot have an income exceeding $67,940 annually. For two occupants to qualify for a 1 bed 1 bath home, both combined incomes cannot have an income exceeding $77,640 annually.

A single occupant occupying a 2 bed 2 bath home cannot have an income exceeding $76,990, for two occupants to qualify both incomes cannot exceed $87,990, for three occupants to qualify all incomes cannot exceed $98,990, and for four occupants to qualify all incomes cannot exceed $109,990.
