The management is terrible, none of them are on the same page, constantly saying different things, I receive an email almost everyday of them complaining about something they can fix and say it’s “the community issue.” Another is parking, there’s so many people that don’t even live here just park their vehicles here and abandon them. Also including the maintenance they hire to cut the grass do terrible, they messed up my front bumper on my new vehicle, and I’ve complained to management and received 0, nothing, compensation even after being stated I was going to be compensated. They are also charging everyone in the community an extra $300 for trash because of people coming to dump and we get charged for it, and they still refuse to set up cameras to verify what’s going on.
