This is a HOME Program unit, and to live in this unit you are agreeing to the conditions and any necessary documents required by this program, including, but not limited to, consistent income verifications, City HOME inspections etc.

Each persons over 18 must meet following criteria:
-620+ credit score minimum with timely payments to revolving accounts, no collections
-Good rental history of at least 1 year, no evictions
-Stable source of income of at least 1 year (employment, SSI, assistance etc.) with ability to provide verification
