All new paint. 2 bedrooms, kitchen, full bath and living room upstairs, 2 bedrooms, laundry with utility hook-ups, 3/4 bath, and second living room downstairs. Off-street parking (up to two vehicles). Basic Water, sewer, and garbage included. Non-Smoking unit, no pets allowed.

We accept all housing so long as the applicant meets all listed criteria. No Smoking. No Pets Allowed.
First month rent, last month rent deposit of $1350.00, and $1350.00 security deposit. This is a HOME Program unit, and to live in this unit you are agreeing to the conditions and any necessary documents required by this program, including, but not limited to, consistent income verifications, City HOME inspections etc.

Each persons over 18 must meet following criteria:
-620+ credit score minimum with timely payments to revolving accounts, no collections
-Good rental history of at least 1 year, no evictions
-Stable source of income of at least 1 year (employment, SSI, assistance etc.) with ability to provide verification
*Depending on circumstances, we may accept a double deposit and/or co-signer in lieu of meeting criteria.
