Less than 1 year of Positive Rental or Mortgage Payment History Income less than 2.5 times the rent in income Application Denial Based on: Outstanding balance with a past landlord or rental agency (This may be waived if the outstanding balance is paid in full at the time of application processing and proof of payment is shown.) Criminal background reviewed on a case by case basis. LANDLORD WILL NOT ACCEPT A COMPREHENSIVE REUSABLE TENANT SCREENING REPORT MADE AVAILABLE TO THE LANDLORD BY A CONSUMER REPORTING AGENCY.
