2 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom house in Tukwila

I have a 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom house in a quiet neighborhood in Tukwila. Utilities are not included in the rent. The house has a large yard and plenty of parking space. Moving requirements: background checks for everyone 18 and older, a security deposit, and if you don't have good credit, the last month's rent is required. The house is furnished because it was previously listed on Airbnb, but it required too much management, so I decided to rent it long-term. I'm also open to leaving some furniture if you'd like.
