Renters love it here
The apartments are nice but they were obviously poor built. You can hear everything both from above and below. My upstairs neighbors complain whenever we watch TV, and I can hear every footstep they take. It's a shame because it would have nicer if they spent a bit more in construction making thicker walls. Also the appliances are quite cheap. They do keep it maintained much better than other apartments in the area and the staff is nice. However, I think it's a tad overpriced for the area. Overall, I'd say it's a decent spot but be aware you will hear your neighbors.
