Absolutely no smoking on the property including the yard - its a nice house, it doesn't need to stink and have butts all over.
Expect to be evicted if you can't respond to emails and texts or rent is 15 days late or if you fail to pay heat & water. I'm really tired of 'reminding' people and excuses. If its too expensive, find somewhere else.
