The down-side:
Rent is $2200 a month, you pay for electricity/heat from MG&E, and water. And you are responsible for all grounds-keeping: mowing, raking, shoveling of your driveway (there are no street sidewalks), and enjoying the gardens.

Absolutely no smoking on the property including the yard - its a nice house, it doesn't need to stink and have butts all over the driveway.
Expect to be evicted if you can't respond to emails and texts, rent is late or not by electronic, or if you fail to pay heat & water. I try to be understanding, but am really tired of 'reminding' people and excuses. If its too expensive, find somewhere else.
