Out the back door you walk out onto a huge deck that overlooks the fenced in back-yard. On the second floor there is a full bath with a tub/shower unit, a master bedroom, and a third bedroom. The unfinished basement has plenty of room for storage as well as washer and dryer hook-ups (will supply a washer dryer for an additional $50/month). The 1-car detached garage is accessed from the alley and there is an additional off-street parking spot next to the garage. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood just East of the Timekeeper Distillery and is a short walk to downtown. Cats and dogs are considered (No Aggressive breeds).
