One small to medium-sized dog OR one cat considered on a case-by-case basis with additional $200 non-refundable pet deposit and $50/month per pet fee. Yard is shared. The property is 100% smoke-free, including electronic devices and the yard and common areas. Minimum income 3x rent. Minimum credit score 650.
