All complete applications are approved on a first come first serve basis. An application process consists of credit, criminal, eviction, proper documents submitted, and deposit paid for final approval. A person can be pre-approved on three parts but not 100% approved till all five (5) parts are approved. Once the form is completed and payment is made, you will be contacted by the office on the status of your application.
