7. Adult members of the lease must have prior experience living together.

All items above will be researched during a background check which each adult applicant pays for using Zillow. There are no other fees associated with applying.

Pets - We can talk about a small pet, where I am open under some very strict and rare circumstances in my experience. This is by no means a general statement of "all cats and dogs welcome". Additional pet damage deposit would be required.
