Our property consists of a main home (4BR 2BA) and a charming casita (1BR 1BA). Enjoy the amenities, including a backyard with string lights, an AZ Room with boho/zen vibes, a pool (unheated), hot tub, Jenga, games, and a Giant Connect 4.

Entertainment:
Enjoy YouTube TV on all TVs for live channels and a cable-like experience. Feel free to download other Smart Apps, but personal logins are required for services like Netflix, Disney Plus, Hulu, Prime Video, etc. PPV channels are not available.

1. Parking:
Garage, driveway, and street parking are allowed. Please limit the number of cars to a maximum of 3 unless approved prior to your stay.

2. Transportation:
You are welcome to drive your own car with garage and driveway access. Lyft and Uber are also available, and bicycles are provided for your convenience.

3. Nearby Attractions:
Explore Scottsdale\'s vibrant offerings, including restaurants, malls, shops, and the airport. A beautiful park within a mile offers a serene natural retreat.

Uber and Lyft can get around by bike if you have one.

To comply with City and State regulations and to maintain the integrity of the neighborhood, we strictly prohibit any large gatherings or parties. Unauthorized vehicles or guests will result in immediate eviction with no refund and a complete ban from our booking channel.

We prioritize your safety and have partnered with Superhog (Know Your Guest) for guest screening. Verification through Know Your Guest is required before your booking.

3. Deposit and Damage Waiver:
Choose between a refundable deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver before your stay. We recommend the damage waiver for added protection against accidental damage.

4. Additional Information:
To prevent inconvenience and potential damage, please avoid using both washers simultaneously to minimize the risk of leaks and ensure proper appliance functioning. Your cooperation is appreciated, and in case of any damage from simultaneous use, you may be responsible for repair or replacement costs. Your understanding and cooperation in maintaining facility quality are valued.

Our main home has central Air HVAC system.

Casita has 2 ton mini split system for heating and cooling.
