My unit had multiple issues on my move date and still continue to. Management and Avenue5 don't have accountability. Has been a nightmare. Submitted complaint to BBB, and noticed its a common thing for this company to take advantage of its customers. People would be living the same in a crappy $700 complex than this one that is overpriced. Please save yourself the trouble. Maintenance is responsive, but they do an easy fix and crappy job. Parking is a nightmare, you are basically a prisoner in your apartment, as the parking is limited. Walls are so thin you can hear EVERYTHING. People keep their pets on their balcony, so there are always dogs barking all day.
