A separate bedroom with full size mattress has blackout blinds for a deep and relaxing sleep. Washer/dryer combo in unit. Utilities included. Please note that, as our valued tenant, we kindly request that you refrain from hanging out in the backyard. This ensures a harmonious living arrangement. No smoking. No pets. 1 person max occupancy.
