I have a short rating because when you leave the renaissance, they overcharge you. They charge you for turning in your keys before your last day, and then when your apartment is very clean, they still charge you. They don’t give your deposit it back.

Nothing is ever fixed. I had no A/C for 45 days and was given no credit. It was 113 degrees and 90 in my apartment. The managers are horrible and disrespectful to renters. They will never give you the move in credit. And they will change rental price before you sign a lease.
