Need someone to take over my lease at Alvarado sunset apartments starting September 1. We bought a house so need someone asap !! This is a 2bed 1 bath condo/ townhouse upstairs is the 2 bed and bath downstairs is kitchen dining area and living room also has a private patio. Has new carpet and vinyl flooring dishwasher,stove,and microwave are brand new has tons of cabinets space with pantry. Brand new windows air ducts have been cleaned! This complex is an end lot so close to the parking lot! Very nice don’t have to walk very far to get to your car. It’s a very nice community we never had any issues here, if we didn’t buy a house we would for sure stay! Also If someone takes over lease asap I will leave my portable washer and dryer still new!!
