Easy and quick access to 101 and 84, perfect for the commute to almost anywhere in the Peninsula (15 mins to San Mateo or Sunnyvale) or even East Bay! Several neighborhood food markets minutes away with Safeway and others less than 10 mins. Bike friendly North or South in any direction.

The garage is a separate rental with its own entrance. They park 1 car in the driveway and there’s one shared wall, but very quiet and you’ll rarely even see one another. All utilities are shared, which is why they are all included in the price (owner manages them) other than PGE Electric/Gas, which will be billed monthly based on usage.
