Olivet Oaks is located in West Sonoma County on a 6 acre ranch, near many wineries in the Russian River Valley. Close to town and many amenities but still has the feel of the country. There several 100 year old valley oak trees on the property that many birds call home. Along with 8 rescue horses, 3 French bulldogs and a bunch of chickens. The owners live on site and attend to the property and animals. There is an organic vegetable garden and amazing sunrises. The cottage has a private backyard that offers an outside dining area with a BBQ grill and a place to relax. There is even an outside shower for those hot summer days after a nice bike ride or run. Lots to do on your days off, quick ride to the coast or day of wine tasting. Owners run a small non profit equine rescue specializing in wild mustangs. We gentle and build trust in hopes of finding forever homes.
There is a queen size bed, large bathroom with shower. Living room has a fold down couch for sleeping. Lots of drawers and storage space. Kitchen has a large island that has seating for 4. There is a 2 burner cook top, microwave, countertop oven, coffee maker and smaller fridge. The well house which is approx. 15 feet from your front door houses the laundry area. There is also a full size fridge and a separate freezer that items can be stored in as well. Vacuum cleaner, additional electric heaters and fans are also available for use. The oven is a multipurpose oven, from air-fryer to toaster to oven large enough for a pizza.
