This is a cozy house, ideal for couples or a family with a young child.
There are two outdoor living spaces to enjoy, a cute front area, and a nice private side patio for relaxing throughout the day. The house is fully fenced, and there's ample outdoor storage for bikes and surfboards.

The master bedroom features a queen bed and a charming gas fireplace, and the second bedroom has a twin bed that will sleep one. Please note: the second bedroom is small, and the washer and dryer are stacked in a laundry closet in this room. There is one "Jack and Jill" bathroom with a tub and shower.

The kitchen is fully stocked, cozy living and dining area -this beach home has everything you need as your home base when you explore and enjoy Santa Cruz!
