Come stay with a young, sweet couple and their loving furry friend Penny! The room for rent is furnished and comes with everything you need -- comfy queen bed, closet, dresser, desk, and a TV.

In addition to your private room and bathroom, our spacious home comes equipped with a high-end security system, stainless steel appliances, espresso machine, a large 75" TV, a big backyard, washer/dryer, many bathrooms, gig speed internet, home humidifier, and the cutest dog! There is a living room, a family room, and the home is filled with many plants.

There is even a tree house! The massive backyard has a nice patio with a smoker, grille, patio seating, misters, string lights, and more. There is a rowing machine and plenty of nearby bike paths. Never-ending amenities!

We are a laid back couple but also love to have fun and explore the beautiful Colorado outdoors. Our dog loves anyone who gives her pets! We look forward to hearing from you!
