2937 Broadway is house that was split into two apartments. Great location on the northwest side of downtown Boulder, with easy access to hiking/biking trails on the west side of town as well as Pearl Street. Short bus/bike ride to the CU campus.

Apartment #A is the upper level of the house. The apartment comes with the front yard and porch. One small bedroom, and one larger sized. There's A/C in the living room, and a dishwasher in the kitchen. Also has an extra loft space for storage above the kitchen, and an upper deck off the larger bedroom. Each apartment has one assigned parking space in the alley.

Security deposit equals one and a half times the monthly rent, with at least half due at lease signing. Cats are allowed with an extra $200 deposit per cat. ONE dog is allowed (certain breeds restricted) with an extra $300 deposit.
