What I love about this house (from current tenants):
We consider ourselves very fortunate to have spent the past year in this peaceful home. We would not be leaving except for the fact that we found a house to buy. The location is amazing, you can enjoy wildlife, beautiful gardens and daily views of the flatirons. The owners of this home are exceptional people; warm, friendly and attentive but allowing the tenants their own space and privacy at the same time.
