Wonderland Lake is a 1.2-mile hike/bike trail that connects to a network of other trails. It is also a bird sanctuary. There is fishing off the levee and a kiddie park across the lake. There is a small sled hill, perfect for little guys.
Foothills Community Park also has a sled hill in addition to a big dog park, soccer fields, and a large swath of lawn to play. The park also offers the opportunity to watch para-gliders sail off the ridge.
Deer, rabbits, and many birds visit the house. Coyote howls and frog croaking are often heard in the distance.
Mature trees abound. Large fenced yard and cut flower garden in back. Exquisite flower garden in front. Room to plant vegetables and herbs. Sandstone patio in yard. Rental includes use of a 4 burner propane grill.

Bright living room has red oak floor and a bay window. Analogue stereo system is wired for living room and installed kitchen ceiling speakers.
Kitchen is a dream! Lots of counter space. Abundant storage in the red oak cabinets. Granite countertop. Quartz composite sink. Kitchenaid dishwasher. Large French door refrigerator. Gas stove. Tile floor. Two stage under sink water filter. Deck outside the kitchen for summer meals. Nice deck furniture included in rental.

Third floor master bedroom is 576 sq ft. Half of room is a bedroom, the other can be a home office or sitting area. The view is unbelievable! The master has a walk-in closet and bath. The teal wall portion will be painted after the waterbed is disassembled.
Room above workshop is 415 sq feet and can be used as a home office, family room, or older child bedroom. It has a huge 6ft x 8 ft skylight and newly refinished hardwood floor in addition to a full kitchen with oak cabinets. Built in shelves. House is not zoned for separate rental or a home business that includes visiting clients.
Large heated workshop with bench, lots of pegboard to hang your tools, lighting, windows, and many outlets. Plenty of shelves in workshop and adjacent storeroom.
While the garage was converted to a workshop, the long driveway can accommodate 3-4 cars.
The house does not have air conditioning. Unless it s in the high 90s, the house is usually comfortable as windows are situated to provide east-west airflow.
