875-877 18th St - 1

875 & 877 18th Street is a duplex located on University Hill, between Aurora and Cascade Streets. 875 18th is the left side of the duplex, and 877 18th is the unit on the right. Each apartment has its own fenced yard, perfect for a dog, and share the front yard with picnic table. This great location is just a couple blocks from the CU campus and has easy access to Downtown Boulder/Pearl Street and the 29th Street Mall.

875 18th (left side of duplex) has the living room just inside the front door, with kitchen behind. The bedrooms and bathroom are down the hallway, in the back of the unit. Large windows let in a lot of natural light. There are two assigned parking spaces off the alley for each unit. Hardwood floors in the living room and bedrooms, with vinyl flooring in the kitchen and bath. Kitchen has a dishwasher, and hook-ups for laundry. Tenants must supply own washer/dryer. If washer/dryer are left by previous tenants, we will not maintain them.

Security deposits equal one-and-a-half times the monthly rent, with at least half due at lease signing. We can set up a payment plan to cover the remaining security, and any applicable pet deposits.

CATS allowed with an extra $200 deposit per cat. ONE DOG is allowed (certain breeds restricted) with an extra $300 dog deposit.

We can show the apartment anytime during our business hours, Monday-Friday, with at least a day's notice. Since we don't have any application process, our places are just rented "first-come, first-served". Please call 303-449-2649 to set up a showing, or with any questions.
