Renting a fully furnished 1BR/BA apartment for the summer. The unit is located in a gated community, Vintage at the Grove, in Manchester, CT. I will be in D.C. for the next three months and the apartment is available from May 20th to August 15th. The apartment will be furnished but all of my personal belongings will be out of the unit.

You will have the apartment completely to yourself. The leasing process will go through the property management so let me know if you are interested and I will start the process. The unit comes with a dishwasher, washer/dryer, garbage disposal, and gated entry. You will have a balcony with the street view. Parking is off-street and garage spaces can be purchased if you would like to.

Rent is $1335 and I will keep the utilities under my name so you do not need to worry about that (rent includes utilities). Utilities include AC (gas), high-speed internet connected to a smart TV, electricity, water, trash removal, community amenities fee, and sewer. There will be no extra security deposit paid on your part unless you have a pet (refer to the paragraph below) I am willing to negotiate the rent depending on the duration of your stay.

Vintage at the Grove is pet-friendly and I am okay with your pets as long as you have the carpets cleaned before leaving. There will be an extra pet fee required by the management (you need to speak with them directly) The community provides many amenities such as a pool, dog park, BBQ area, game room

The apartment is minutes away from some of the best restaurants in town and right next to the Buckland Mall. There is a short drive to Hartford and UCONN. Perfect for interns and grad students.
