This is a 1/1 in Plainville, CT. The complex has been great to us. The apartment is literally right above the onsite laundry facility, meaning you can do laundry by going downstairs without going outside. Its on the furthest corner of the respective building, meaning we get great privacy, a nice porch and parking spot.

We dont have much trouble with the snow, thankfully. Its pet friendly, rent isnt late until the 10th, and the maintenance man is incredibly reliable, hard-working and thoughtful. He also lives right next door with his family, so its really easy to communicate issues with our unit.

The only reason we are moving is to get more balanced commute between the two of us. The area has plenty to do. J Timothys is literally down the street, as are Big Y, Valvoline, First and Last, AMC Plainville, Sushi Red and 3 quick access routes to the highway. J Tims also has a bus route right in front. The route headed the other way is across from Valvoline. Being 5 minutes away from the dentist, YMCA and a few other things makes it really easy to get around the area.

The kitchen has an island, and the living room is pretty spacious. Downstairs also has a great storage area that could double as an office or whatever else. The layout makes it nicely spacious, especially when you can add blinds to the porch and extend the entertainment area.

We are hoping to settle this soon to move out by April to accommodate a May move-in after the application process with the complex. The 1,148 already includes the pet rent.
