It's a two-story, four bedroom, 2 full bath, town house with original hardwood floors, a sky light, a back yard, small deck, and an enclosed porch area on the 2nd floor. The unit does come with a washer/dryer. There is also a back patio leading out to the back yard. The large backyard is a blank slate with which to do as you please, if you like back yards. The apartment is located about 20-25 minutes (on foot) from the US Capitol (or about a 5 minute bike ride.) It's also just a few blocks from both the metro and metro bus access. A Safeway is also just a few blocks away, there is also a Whole Foods in walking distance, making grocery shopping a breeze. (There is a little corner shop just around the corner for small stuff.) For baseball lovers, you'd only be about 2 blocks from the world champion Nationals Stadium. Audi Field is just around the corner as well.
