The community has four pools, a clubhouse with fitness center, tennis, pickle ball, shuffleboard, private access to the beach, and more. The Villages of Seaport is located near Port Canaveral with easy access to 528 and is less than an hour drive to Orlando. There is a association application fee of $25 per adult. A $250.00 administrative fee is due upon application approval. Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis with additional security of $500 per pet and pet rent of $20 per pet per month.
