Outdoor patio has grill, seating and dining area, fire pit table, pool floats, and layout chairs. Pool is heated in the winter. Garage has 3 adult and 2 children's bikes, beach chairs, coolers, and storage shelves. Pool/lawn care and internet are provided. Water and electric are included for short term renters.
