The apartment is fully furnished and includes water, sewer, electricity, trash removal services, preventative pest control, landscaping, pool maintenance, 1 assigned parking space, and window blinds. It features a kitchenette with a sink, a microwave, a 2-burner hotplate, and a small under-the-counter refrigerator. The apartment is fully tiled, and has a wall-mounted A/C unit. There is a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination and a large walk-in closet for your clothing and storage needs.

The property has a lovely in-ground pool and multiple on-site laundry areas. You also are allowed to use the pools and laundry areas at the two adjacent properties we manage. A well-maintained City park is right across the street, and on the south side of the canal is the Sailboat Bend Preserve - a 1.3 acre greenspace with walking trails -- the area is surprisingly tranquil as a result. There are numerous shops and businesses nearby, and the location gives quick and easy access to both I-95 to the west and Federal Highway to the east. Broward Hospital is a few minutes drive to the south, and the property is also close to the Broward Center for the Performing Arts, the Museum of Discovery and Science, and all the restaurants and nightlife on Himmarshee Street. There is a major grocery store chain approximately 5 minutes away by car and if you're in the mood for good pizza or an ice-cold adult beverage, The Pizza Spot and The Riverside Market and Cafe are hidden gems in the neighborhood and are just a few minutes away by car.
