This beautiful and modern 4 bedroom vacation home accommodates 8 people and features its very own private pool which is great for relaxing in the Florida sunshine. Theme parks such as Universal Studios, Volcano Bay and Disney World are just a 20 minute drive.

This modern and spacious 4 bedroom 3 bathroom vacation home is the perfect getaway to create new memories with your family and friends. This beautiful vacation home in Kissimmee accommodates 8 people comfortably. We have provided a \"home away from home\" for all of our guests to have the magical Orlando experience.

Come cheer your favorite team on or stream your favorite movie on our brand new Smart TV in the living room. This luxurious vacation home in kissimmee has 1 king master bedroom featuring it\'s own flat screen Smart TV and master bathroom. Continuing on the first there is a queen bedroom also featuring a smart TV shares the bathroom with our Mickey Bedroom which features 2 twin beds. There is a room with 2 twin beds with a full bathroom located in front. Perfect for the whole family.

A large fully equipped kitchen with full size appliances awaits you. Enjoy home cooked meals with your loved ones without having to go through the hassle of finding a restaurant everyone likes.

This home is self-check in. There will be no \"lobby\" or anyone to greet you. You will receive a personalized code for the door and alarm. I live around the area and I am available whenever needed. You may call or text me if you have any issues.

All guests are required to sign our rental agreement via DocuSign before checking in, this information is sent over outside of any platform and must be sent to your email.

The greatest part about my home is the LOCATION. We are close to everything there is to do in Orlando, especially when it comes to the world of food. Picking a restaurant has never been easier. I have listed a few of my favorites so you can spend less time worrying about where to eat and more time enjoying your vacation.

Bahama Breeze
-A laid-back chain restaurant featuring yummy Carribean food and vibrant tropical Island drinks. Their menu is extensive so there is something for everyone. Daily happy hour specials from 4 PM - 6 PM make this a great spot for an early dinner. Late night cravings and tired of fast food? Late night happy hour starts at 9 PM and goes on until MIDNIGHT. A must try!

Sabor Brasil
-A hole in the wall strip mall spot serving traditional Brazilian food buffet style. This spot is jam-packed with culture and Latin flare as it also doubles as a mini supermarket with imported goods.

Cafe DAntonio
-Located in the city of Celebration, this quaint little restaurant serves classic and authentic Italian dishes. This incredible spot mixes old traditions and new to create an incredible culinary experience. Cafe DAntonio has one of the best outdoor seating areas. Sit back and enjoy your dinner as you gaze out onto the lake.

ARI
-Located in the city of Celebration, this is one of the top Sushi spots in all of Central Florida. ARI is a mix of Japanese and Korean specialties served in a modern and stylish space. This restaurant also has amazing outdoor seating facing the lake. Good food and a beautiful view? You cant miss it!

A Walmart SuperCenter and a Publix Supermarket are less than a 5 minute drive from the home for all of your needs.

The Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets are less than a 15 minute drive from the home. This outdoor shopping plaza has high end stores like Kate Spade, Michael Kors and All Saints. Common stores like American Eagle, Forever 21 and Fossil are also located in this outlet.

All Disney theme parks and all Universal theme parks are less than 15 minutes away too.
