Water views flood the sailing themed Florida Room, which feels like a vintage sailing vessel with its classic dark wood theme and decor.

Enjoy our airconditioned garage / game room with Air Hockey and Foosball tables, dart board and board games too. Take our bikes for a ride around the area or into the Weeki Wachee Preserve where the entrance is just down the street.

The public boat ramp is just down the street for easy access. Keep your boat moored at our floating dock and be out to the Gulf in minutes.

Explore the waterways and surrounding coastal marsh or Hernando Flats with our provided kayaks or simply relax by the quiet waterfront. Plenty of other nearby boat rental and even wave runner rental options are available and Hernando Beach offers a great variety and number of restaurants too.

There is a park style charcoal grill on the property. We also have a chiminea style fire pit!
